Terms of Use

1. Terms

By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Subscriptions and uses

At MiSion Online, we value the trust that our students place in us when they enroll in our programs or purchase our courses. This policy aims to establish clear and detailed guidelines on handling refund, return, and cancellation requests, whether due to dissatisfaction with the content presented, personal reasons, medical reasons, or force majeure.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

As an Educational Institution, we have established the following refund and cancellation criteria according to the corresponding subscription:

Online Ministerial Career
New students of the Online Ministerial Career will have a 15-calendar day window from the date of purchase/payment during which they may cancel their subscription, for any reason, and receive a 100% refund.

After completing the first month of studies, students will have a 10-calendar day window from the billing date to request the cancellation of their studies. Upon cancellation within this period, they will receive a full refund for the current month. No refund will be issued if the request is made after that period.

Memberships
New students of the Memberships will have a 30-calendar day window from the date of purchase/payment during which they may cancel their subscription, receiving a 100% refund, provided that they have not accessed or used more than 25% of the acquired content.

In the case of Memberships with access to individual courses, once the first month of membership is completed, students will have a 30-calendar day window from the billing date to cancel and request a full refund for the current month in which the cancellation request is made. No refund will be issued if the request is made after that period.

Exceptions
In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted outside of the established period, subject to approval by the Institute, by sending the reasons for the request to the email [email protected].

METHOD TO REQUEST REFUNDS

To initiate a refund or return process, the student must email the Academic Department requesting the Withdrawal Form to [email protected], detailing the reason for the request and attaching evidence if desired. The MiSion Online team will review the request and respond within a maximum of 7 business days to process the request.

REFUND PROCESS

Once the refund is approved, if the student paid using a credit or debit card, the amount will be refunded directly to that card. It is important to note that depending on the issuing bank, there may be a waiting period of 5 to 15 business days for the refund to be reflected in the statement.

ONLINE COURSE AND CAREER MEMBERSHIP

By enrolling in any of our courses, students agree to comply with these cancellation, refund, and return terms and conditions. The Institute reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and without prior notice.
